The North Hills West Neighborhood Council is pleased to report that 33 stakeholders completed the Community Emergency Response Team Training on April 6, 2023 and are now better prepared to respond to an emergency. Training was conducted by LAFD Ted Debbs. Each participant who completed the course received an emergency kit funded by NHWNC and the Southern California Preparedness Foundation.
