On February 15, 2024 the North Hills West Neighborhood Council celebrated our 21st Anniversary. Councilmember John Lee was present and he presented the Board with a commemorative certificate.
Board Members had nominated President Madlena Minasian to receive a certificate of commendation for her community service and City Councilmember John Lee presented that to her.
The Board presented a well deserved certificate of appreciation to long time minutes writer David Levine.
And our locale Board Of Neighborhood Commissioner Keren Waters representative presented a certificate to the Board.
