On October 3, 2020 North Hills West Neighborhood Council Board and Beautification Committee Members joined Council District 12 Field Deputy, Matthew Vallecilla, and members of the North Hills East Neighborhood Council in this Neighborhood Improvement project. We came out and cleared weeds from the parkway behind the “Onion” Church to beautify the neighborhood. “Thank you to all who came and helped in this collaborative community project. We look forward to organizing more of them so everyone can be involved!” shared NHWNC President Carol Hart.
